Hello everyone,
Parking passes for the five incubator dedicated spaces on the second floor of the parking garage are now available for you and your customers use. The passes are to be used only in conjunction with Incubator usage. Use otherwise may result in loss of privileges. I will put the passes in the desk drawer that sits beneath the large TV monitor in the main room along with a check out sheet. In addition I will be putting together an addendum to the membership agreements. If you wish to keep one of the parking passes with you, you will be required to sign the addendum to the membership agreement stating that you agree to turn in any parking passes you have along with all keys at which time that your membership agreement is terminated. If the parking passes are not turned in then you will continue to be charged regular monthly assessment fees. So again, if you wish to keep one of the parking passes with you for your use, please contact me directly.
If you do not wish to keep one of the parking passes in your possession you may still check one out for day use while you are using the Incubator. This will not require an addendum to your membership agreement. This will be done on an honor system, so please, be honorable! You may also check a parking pass out to customers should you choose. However, use by clients/customers of Incubator members shall only be utilized for visitation to the respective Incubator member and ONLY for the duration of the visitation. Incubator members will be responsible for signing out the parking pass as well as collection. Again, honor system.
Please let me know if there are any questions and contact me if you are wanting to keep a pass in your possession.
Spaces are used on a first come, first serve basis.
